    You are correct. The value of failure isn't instilled in American youth. The threat of failing instills no risk taking, no taking of chances, no innovation.
    Additionally the most potent, albeit uncomfortable, learning experiences are formed when you royally fail but have the insight and motivation to pick up the pieces and do it better tomorrow.
    It's refreshing to read that the CMD is fostering such a creative environment. I'd like to find out more of what's going on in there these days.
